Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with selected suppliers and obtain quotations.
  • Coordinates and arranges site visits for quotations.
  • Maintains close contact with suppliers for up-to-date market information.
  • Prepares and negotiates contracts with vendors.
  • Authorizes procurement orders and expedites deliveries.
  • Explores green procurement opportunities and actively participates in recycling programs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; with 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, or
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration or related field with 1 year of experience.
