  • Customer Reception: Welcoming customers upon their entry to the salon and providing initial assistance and guidance based on the required service.
  • Reservation Management: Answering phone calls and emails, coordinating appointments, and confirming or modifying reservations.
  • Providing Information: Clarifying the services offered in the salon, and giving customers information about promotions, products, and prices.
  • Payment Processing: Carrying out calculations and processing payments in cash or via cards.
  • Staff Schedule Coordination: Organizing the work schedule for technicians based on appointments and reservations to ensure fair distribution and efficiency in work.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining and regularly updating the customer database.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Order: Ensuring that the reception area is always clean and tidy.
  • Communication with Management: Providing periodic reports on customer satisfaction levels and any issues the salon may face.
  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Handling inquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly.
