Frasers Hospitality is seeking a dedicated CRE/Receptionist at our Fraser Suites in Riyadh. In this key role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences and support front office procedures. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee Front Office operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Front Office team.
  • Handle customer feedback and specific guest requests efficiently.
  • Monitor team member performance and work closely with housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Maintain high-quality service and adhere to company policies and security requirements.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Receptionist with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should thrive in teamwork, possess attention to detail, and have a hands-on attitude. This role allows further development of your problem-solving and communication skills.
