At Danah Real Estate, we are dedicated to enhancing the real estate landscape of Saudi Arabia. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person or department.
  • Support in-house members with general organizational tasks as required.
  • Manage incoming telephonic conversations and respond swiftly to inquiries.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings for team members.
  • Provide basic information about the company through various communication channels.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of corporate culture and professional presentation skills.
Preferred Candidate: Saudi nationality required, with a preference for female applicants. Residence in Riyadh is advantageous.

  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable and responsible with the ability to focus on guest needs.
