Join Our Team as a Sales Coordinator!
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? At Rentokil Initial, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales department in Riyadh. This role involves a range of clerical duties that are vital to maintaining our operations and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties to support the sales department, including updating information and organizing records.
  • Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Verify client and order information for data accuracy.
  • Maintain an updated mailing list of new and existing clients.
  • Assist in formulating offers and contracts.
  • Handle sales inventory and stationery efficiently in coordination with the concerned department.
  • Provide support in organizing Boecker® events and similar activities.
  • Manage an effective physical and electronic archiving system.
  • Assist the sales team with proper data entry in Boecker® systems.
  • Conduct field surveys when needed.
  • Contribute to tender preparations.
  • Compose, edit, and share minutes of meetings, reports, and other materials.
  • Support in the renewal process of client contracts and follow-ups.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar position.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
