Join FNRCO as a Senior Sales Engineer!
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to report directly to the Managing Director. In this role, you will:
  • Integrate and promote activities within Saudi Arabia's sales network to develop new customer opportunities in hardware/software control and automation products.
  • Visit and build partnerships with distributors, electrical retailers, consultants, and OEMs.
  • Monitor objectives and implement targeted actions for strategic development in specific geographical areas.
  • Formulate and draft specific offers based on customer requests.
  • Conduct reporting and data analysis, including market and competitor research.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars alongside the Technical Manager.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Energy Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in selling control & automation solutions or energy efficiency consulting.
  • Solid understanding of the industrial electrical components market.
  • Expertise in customer management and sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
