As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale and facilitating seamless implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales opportunities using technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Participate in sales calls, collaborating with technical support and professional services.
  • Assist with post-sale deployment and implementation of solutions.
  • Deliver customer training sessions and create documentation to enhance user experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term renewals.
  • Provide technical mentoring to team members and channel partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sales engineering role.
