Job Opportunity | Sales Manager – Riyadh

Green Seasons Company, operating in the field of food, announces the availability of a job opportunity for the position of Sales Manager to work in Riyadh, to lead sales operations and develop commercial strategies that contribute to enhancing the company's growth and expanding its market share.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing and implementing sales plans and strategies in line with the company's goals
• Leading and managing the sales team and developing their performance to achieve sales targets
• Developing sales channels and building strategic relationships with key clients and distributors
• Studying and analyzing the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities
• Monitoring performance indicators and preparing periodic reports for senior management
• Supervising negotiation processes and concluding commercial agreements

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
• Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
• High leadership and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze the market and build long-term relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using sales systems and reports
