The person responsible for promoting the products and solutions provided by the company and selling them, along with providing after-sales services to customers, must inform customers of the latest offers and actively participate in sales increase activities and follow up on inquiries related to sales via phone or email. Maintaining and developing customer relationships by providing specialized support services, and ensuring that all information related to the products is effectively communicated to customers, as well as suitable information about new offers and products, and preparing all necessary transportation requests. Studying the market and analyzing and understanding the needs and requirements of the customer, and then developing marketing plans that highlight the value of the product or service offered by the establishment, through launching promotional campaigns in their various forms and regularly monitoring their results compared to the company's strategy and vision to ensure that these campaigns are moving in the right direction to ultimately achieve the company's desired goals and improve its efficiency and mental image among customers.
