We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Outdoors Division. This position is pivotal in driving business growth by focusing on B2B sales and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads in the outdoors sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring strong relationships are built.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and key sales metrics.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer retention.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, and ERP systems.

Work Locations: Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah

Preferred Industry Background: Experience in technology or telecommunications sectors is highly desirable.

  • Track conversion rates, pipeline health, and customer feedback.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and insights on market demand and competitor offerings.

Requirements (Must Have)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in training, education, or services sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and daily outreach activities.
