We are excited to announce that Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company to hire a Sales Specialist based in Riyadh. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales in the clinical or medical laboratory sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell our portfolio to potential customers.
  • Establish a network of clients to meet the requirements of specific target markets.
  • Maintain rapport with customers to foster strong relationships.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Laboratory.
  • 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the clinical or medical laboratory sector.
  • Valid KSA driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
