We are excited to announce that Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company to hire a Sales Specialist based in Riyadh. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales in the clinical or medical laboratory sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure excellent customer service.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell our portfolio to potential customers.
Establish a network of clients to meet the requirements of specific target markets.
Maintain rapport with customers to foster strong relationships.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Laboratory.
35 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the clinical or medical laboratory sector.
Valid KSA driver’s license.
Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
