Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell our portfolio to potential customers.
- Establish a network of clients to meet the requirements of specific target markets.
- Maintain rapport with customers to foster strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Laboratory.
- 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the clinical or medical laboratory sector.
- Valid KSA driver’s license.
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
