🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Supervising the operation and management of branches and kiosks within the supermarket.
Monitoring the sales team's performance and working to achieve the specified sales targets.
Training and guiding the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensuring a distinguished customer experience and continuously improving service quality.
Preparing and submitting periodic reports to management and monitoring performance indicators.
