Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming Guests: Greeting guests upon arrival and providing necessary assistance.

2. Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and quickly.

3. Responding to Inquiries: Providing information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding areas.

4. Managing Reservations: Handling the booking system and confirming and modifying reservations as needed.

5. Problem Solving: Addressing complaints and issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

6. Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments such as housekeeping and cleaning to ensure a comfortable experience for guests.

7. Keeping Records: Accurately recording essential information such as guest data and payments.

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to handle pressure.

- Knowledge of basic computer skills.

- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.

- Excellent English language skills.

• Prepare monthly financial reports for the branch (profit and loss statement, budget, expenses).
• Regularly reconcile bank balances with accounting records.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts for cash and stock (if any) and coordinate with the main administration.
• TIMELY submit financial data to the head office.
• Review purchase orders and expenses before financial approval.

• Membership in the Saudi Organization for Accountants.
• Proficient in English (good level).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
