Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the butler team, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the butler department.
  • Train and mentor butler staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet all guest requests and preferences.
  • Personally attend to VIP guests and manage special requests.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain service standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with 3-5 years in a senior butler or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a butler team in a high-end hotel or resort.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Professional butler certification from a recognized institution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
