- Collaborate with department managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Implement succession planning processes to ensure the continuity of key roles within the organization.
- Analyze talent metrics and provide insights to inform talent management decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications in talent management or HR are desirable.
- Proven experience with 3 years in talent management and employee development.
