OverviewWe are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers. As a Guest Service Agent, you will provide professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
- Welcome and check in guests, following established SOPs.
- Check out departing guests according to established standards.
- Sell rooms to walk-in guests and manage day-to-day facilities issues.
- Handle cash inventory and manage foreign currency transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues from all departments, especially Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservation.
- Ensure the Guest Service Desk is always operational and stocked for guest assistance.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Understand hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and facilities.
Education, Qualifications & ExperienceYou should ideally have a degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, and knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. Familiarity with Opera software is preferred.
