About the Marketing Manager Role
WhiteRock Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for its diverse brands and concepts. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The role is instrumental in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting sales growth across the GCC region.

Their portfolio includes UR Cookies, a leading cookie brand in the GCC, PRO•, a high-protein snack brand, and CO2, a B2B cold chain logistics solution. Key Responsibilities
- Manage content and creative brief development.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with design, operations, and product teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across all consumer touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Oversee marketing budgets and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on marketing activities and outcomes.
- Support the execution of new product launches, in-store activations, and events.
- Identify opportunities to enhance WhiteRock's market presence in Riyadh and the broader GCC.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the F&B, retail, or consumer brand sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign development.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, performance marketing, email, content marketing, and basic analytics.
- Ability to conduct and interpret market research and consumer insights.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing KPIs, dashboards, and budget tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing efforts across the Riyadh and wider GCC markets.
