As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes while delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute robust financial models and business plans aligned with CEER’s strategic objectives.
- Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in coordination with divisional finance teams.
- Consolidate financial reporting across business units, driving cost optimization and operational efficiency through in-depth analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget vs. Forecast vs. Prior Year) and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, SOCPA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with divisional cost controlling teams to support critical operating decisions.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for stakeholders ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to innovate and generate new ideas.
- Results-driven mindset with focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
