We’re Hiring: Warehouse Store Keeper
📍 Riyadh – On-site

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Store Keeper to support our operations and ensure efficient inventory management.

Role Objective:
To manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring safe storage of products and accurate recording of all inventory movements (receiving, issuing, stock counting) to support smooth operations and minimize loss.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify items against invoices and purchase orders
• Organize and store items systematically for easy access
• Accurately record all inventory transactions (in/out)
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
• Conduct periodic and random stock counts
• Prepare and dispatch orders on time
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Monitor product expiry dates
• Coordinate with procurement and management
• Follow company inventory policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Minimum high school (Diploma/Bachelor preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Proficiency in computer and inventory systems (ERP)
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock counting

Work Environment:
Warehouse-based role in Riyadh, may require standing for long periods and handling materials.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al-Kharj Riyadh for a Storekeeper in our Joinery Factory. The Storekeeper will oversee inventory management, ensure accurate record-keeping, and manage the efficient packing and unloading of goods. Responsibilities include receiving materials, organizing storage, maintaining inventory levels.

What You Will Do:

• Receive, store & issue materials for joinery & fit-out projects
• Keep inventory accurate & up-to-date
• Coordinate with procurement & project teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure proper storage, safety & handling of all materials
• Support smooth workflow across the factory & project sites

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a joinery preferred
• Familiarity with handling materials like wood panel MDF, Veneers fittings, etc.
• Inventory management (stock control, receiving, issuing materials)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to maintain stock records, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and delivery notes
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, arranging materials)
• Familiarity with safety standards in warehouses
• Communication skills (to coordinate with procurement, site teams, etc.)
