Join Our Team as an Arabic Translator!
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Arabic Translator to support our executive team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating communication across cultural boundaries and ensuring the accurate translation of important documents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time verbal interpretation (Arabic-English) during meetings, conference calls, and business discussions.
• Translate official documents, emails, agreements, presentations, and proposals from Arabic to English and vice versa with high accuracy.
• Assist the CEO during meetings with clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between parties.
• Draft, review, and manage Arabic business correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required.
• Ensure accurate translation of financial, legal, and business terminology in all communications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information and executive discussions.
• Support communication and coordination with Saudi-based partners, clients, and government entities when required.
• Provide administrative or language support to the CEO's office when necessary.
• Be available for business travel within Saudi Arabia if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Graduation required, Masters preferred)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in translation, interpretation, or executive support roles.
• Experience in corporate, fintech, banking, or business environments is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of formal Arabic business communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia if required.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Translator – Defense Industry to join our team at MENA Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires extensive experience in translating complex technical and operational documents related to defense and national security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate defense, military, and national security materials accurately between Arabic and English.
• Ensure high precision in technical manuals, operational reports, and strategic plans.
• Review, proofread, and maintain consistency across translated documents.
• Support translation for leadership briefings and strategic communications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with security handling protocols.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and contextual relevance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant translation experience, specifically in defense or military sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Professional translation certification (*, ATA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of military terminology and defense documentation.
• Experience in supporting defense or government entities.
