As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the operational excellence across multiple branches in Riyadh, specifically at Manar and Qurtubah.

⭐Key Requirements For Success:
  • Multi-Site Experience: Proven track record managing multi-site operations (minimum 2–3 locations).
  • Leadership & Development: Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
  • Operational Mastery: Solid understanding of customer experience and operational standards.
  • Accountability Driven: Ability to work with KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Talent Management: Experience in training and performance management.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Industry Preference: Preferably experience in hospitality, fitness, education, or service-based operations.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day performance of the branches.

  • HR Support: Assist recruitment and staff scheduling with HR.
