المهام الرئيسية:

تحليل احتياجات الأقسام والتخطيط لتوفير المواد والبضائع المطلوبة.
إدارة دورة الشراء من التفاوض وحتى الاستلام وضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات.
البحث المستمر عن موردين جدد وتقييم أدائهم.
تطوير سياسات الشراء وتحسين العمليات والإجراءات.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال المشتريات، منها خبرة مباشرة في الاستيراد من الصين.
معرفة جيدة بالمحاسبة المرتبطة بعمليات الشراء والفواتير والمدفوعات.
إتقان برامج مايكروسوفت (Excel، Word).
إتقان مهارات التفاوض والتواصل مع الموردين الدوليين.
معرفة قوية بإجراءات الجمارك والشحن والتخليص.
إجادة استخدام أنظمة المشتريات وأنظمة ERP.
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا و كتابة.
