Job ScopeThe Customer Service Representative will be accountable for offering exceptional service through effective processing of requests and repairs, managing administrative tasks, and providing accurate updates on job status.
Main Responsibilities- Welcome customers and provide hands-on technical support on Apple products.
- Capture required customer information and create accurate service forms.
- Process and manage service requests, including deliveries and pickups.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Apple products, referring them to a Certified Technician when necessary.
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Update and manage customer tickets effectively.
- Train new customers on basic Apple product usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Stay updated on Apple’s articles and service news.
Position Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
