Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the technical availability of assigned facilities.
• Evaluate and analyze disturbances in wind farm monitoring and control systems, initiating corrective measures.
• Provide technical support and lead service technicians in wind farm monitoring and control systems.
• Support customers with technical inquiries.
• Assess and control technical protocols, and prepare technical reports.
• Conduct post-order checks and provide feedback to technicians.
• Assist in the commissioning of monitoring and control systems in coordination with commissioning coordinators.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge in remote control and regulation technology.
• Good command of SAP and English.
• Competent in MS Office applications.
• Strong assertiveness, initiative, organizational, and communication skills.

We Are Hiring: Senior Technical Support Specialist

Dezert Innovation Technology is pleased to announce an opening for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, handling complex issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services delivered to internal users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex technical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, network, operating system, and enterprise application issues.
• Oversee and manage the Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring compliance with SLA and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external service providers when required.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (computers, printers, peripherals, and software).
• Support cloud-based systems and core business applications (*, Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems).
• Prepare analytical reports on recurring issues and recommend preventive and improvement solutions.
• Contribute to IT documentation, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide guidance and support to junior technical support team members when needed.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in technical support or IT roles.
• Strong experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN / WAN / VPN / Troubleshooting).
• Experience with Helpdesk and IT service management systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical technical situations.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus.
