Role Overview:This full-time position involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the automation and industrial sectors. As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will promote and sell a range of products including pneumatic products, limit switches, PLC/SCADA systems, and control valves. Your role is critical in understanding client requirements and delivering suitable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell pneumatic products, limit switches, PLC/SCADA systems, and control valves.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for project execution and after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors’ activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/ERP and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales of industrial automation/instrumentation products.
- Strong understanding of pneumatics, control valves, PLC/SCADA, and limit switches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client visits.
