Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations of our spa facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the spa booking system
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
• Provide information about spa services, treatments, and packages
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with inventory management of spa products
• Collaborate with spa therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns
• Promote spa services and products to maximize sales

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is required for this position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and spa booking software
• Strong knowledge of spa services and treatments
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• First aid certification is a plus
• Familiarity with the spa and wellness industry is highly desirable
