Responsibilities:- Oversee short and long term planning for food and beverage operations.
- Manage operations in both front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service.
- Coach, train, and manage employees within the hotel's structure.
- Achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability in the food and beverage department.
- Market outlets, develop menus, and manage promotions according to corporate guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with operations and legal regulations.
Qualifications: - College/university degree required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
- Must be computer literate with effective communication skills in English.
