وصف الدور
سيكون محاسب عنب له دور حيوي في قسم المالية. يمتلك معرفة عميقة بالمحاسبة والمالية، سيكون المحاسب مسؤولًا عن تسجيل قيود اليومية، وتحديث البيانات المالية، وصيانة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة، ومعالجة الرواتب الشهرية، وإعداد التقارير المالية. سيكون التعاون مع فريق المالية والأقسام الأخرى لضمان الدقة المالية عنصرًا حاسمًا في هذا الدور.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إعداد البيانات المالية وإنتاج ميزانية وفقًا للجدول الزمني
  • حساب وإعداد حصة الإيرادات المستحقة لجميع الشركاء الدائنين.
  • تسجيل الإضافات إلى الأصول الثابتة وحساب استهلاكها / إطفاءها.
  • التقرير على أساس النقد والأساس الاستحقاق.
  • إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية حسب الحاجة
  • التعامل مع جميع المعاملات البنكية، بما في ذلك العمليات وأنشطة التمويل.
  • تسجيل قيود دفتر الاستاذ تحت الإشراف
  • إجراء التسويات البنكية الشهرية لضمان التوافق بين البيانات البنكية والسجلات المحاسبية.
  • إدخال المعاملات المالية في برامج المحاسبة. (Odoo)
  • إعداد ضرائب الاستقطاع الشهرية
  • ضمان جاهزية التقارير الربعية لتقديمها للمراجعين القانونيين في الوقت المحدد
  • دعم المحاسب القانوني لإعداد إقرارات الزكاة، وضرائب الاستقطاع، والضرائب الأخرى المطلوبة.
  • معالجة طلبات الشراء والعقود وضمان المتابعة في الوقت المناسب بشأن الدفع.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
  • يفضل أن يكون لديك خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور محاسبة أو مالية مماثل
  • معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة، وإعداد التقارير المالية، وإدارة الميزانية

The Role
