Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Event Coordinator to assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and executing events.
- Coordinate all aspects of the event.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, partners, and internal teams to ensure all event components are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage event timelines and production schedules.
- Handle event registration, attendee communications, and post-event feedback collection.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support promotional and marketing activities related to the event.
- Maintain documentation such as budgets, contracts, and reports.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 13 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Must be Saudi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
