المهام الوظيفية:
- المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية للشركة
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية وتحقيق الأهداف المعتمدة
- تقييم وتطوير الفرص الاستثمارية ودراسات الجدوى
- إدارة وتطوير محفظة المشاريع العقارية ومتابعة أدائها
- الإشراف على مشاريع الشركة ميدانياً وضمان جودة التنفيذ والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية
- قيادة وإدارة فرق العمل في مختلف الإدارات (المقاولات / الاستثمار / التسويق / المالية)
- تمثيل الشركة أمام الجهات الحكومية والمستثمرين والشركاء
- بناء وتطوير شراكات استراتيجية مع المستثمرين والمطورين
- متابعة الأداء المالي (الميزانيات، التدفقات النقدية، الربحية)
- الإشراف على إدارة السيولة وضمان كفاءة استخدام الموارد المالية
- إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية والاستثمارية والقانونية
- الإشراف على تطبيق الحوكمة والالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح
- تطوير وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية ورفع الإنتاجية
- الإشراف على الأنظمة التقنية والتحول الرقمي واستخدام البيانات في اتخاذ القرار
- إعداد ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية دورية لمواقع المشاريع
- المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية والاستثمارية

المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الاستثمار العقاري أو المقاولات
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع والفرق متعددة التخصصات
- معرفة عميقة بدراسات الجدوى والتحليل المالي وإدارة التدفقات النقدية
- قدرة عالية على بناء العلاقات وإدارة الشراكات الاستراتيجية
- خبرة في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية والأنظمة ذات العلاقة
- مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات
- إلمام بإدارة المخاطر والحوكمة والامتثال
- إجادة استخدام الأنظمة التقنية وبرامج إدارة المشاريع والتحليل
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة عالية
- يفضل حاصل على شهادة في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مستوى متوسط فأعلى)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of operational plans and ensure achievement of approved objectives
Evaluate and develop investment opportunities and feasibility studies
Manage and develop the real estate project portfolio and monitor performance
Supervise company projects on-site, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines
Lead and manage cross-functional teams (Construction / Investment / Marketing / Finance)
Represent the company before government entities, investors, and partners
Build and develop strategic partnerships with investors and developers
Monitor financial performance (budgets, cash flow, profitability)
Oversee liquidity management and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources
Manage operational, investment, and legal risks
Ensure implementation of governance frameworks and compliance with regulations
Improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity
Oversee technology systems, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making
Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management and the board of directors

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate investment or construction
Proven leadership experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, financial analysis, and cash flow management
High ability to build relationships and manage strategic partnerships
Experience in dealing with government entities and relevant regulations
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance
Proficiency in using technology systems, project management tools, and analytics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in English (intermediate level or above)
