Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment and operating systems.
- Maintain Production and Facility Equipment to promote UP time and lessen Downtime.
- Clean and inspect equipment, repair/replace broken parts.
- Maintain machinery according to Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Troubleshoot equipment to resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area with proper housekeeping and organization of tools and supplies.
- Coordinate and perform duties related to all maintenance such as servicing and repairing facilities equipment.
- Track maintenance activities in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Comply with all company policies and HSE guidelines.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain clean and neat work area and install new equipment as necessary.
- Utilize safe work habits and maintain parts and tools inventory.
Education and Qualifications:A minimum of a two-year technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is required.
Experience Required:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performing maintenance on CNC machines is required.
