Key Responsibilities:- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist in recruitment processes including CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Support HR documentation and employee files management.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and internal communications.
- Provide general support to the HR team on different HR initiatives.
Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.
