Salesperson to join our Jeddah team for a seasonal Ramadan assignment. This role will drive in-store and field sales during the Ramadan period, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue targets through consultative selling and excellent service. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and able to represent the company professionally while delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the campaign.
Core Accountabilities:- Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand needs, recommend suitable products or services, and close sales to achieve or exceed Ramadan sales targets in Jeddah.
- Territory & Account Management: Manage assigned store or territory accounts in Jeddah, maintain accurate customer relationship records, and develop a pipeline of new opportunities during the Ramadan period.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs for the seasonal campaign, including revenue, conversion rate, and average transaction value.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of product ranges, Ramadan promotions, and the competitive landscape in Jeddah to communicate value effectively.
- Compliance & Brand Representation: Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal/regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
