Project Overview:The Budget Analyst will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets for our Jubail project, one of the largest civil engineering achievements of modern times.
Major Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial data, supporting effective budget management.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts, identifying discrepancies.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with department managers on budget proposals.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Participate in budget planning sessions, providing input on financial forecasts.
- Evaluate process improvements for budgeting procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
Education and Experience Requirements:To be successful in this role, candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar disciplines, along with proficiency in financial analytical tools.
Required Knowledge and Skills:- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Effective communication in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
