إعلان وظيفة محاسب ادارة عقارات (حضورى أو عن بعد ) 

المسمى الوظيفي: محاسب إدارة عقارات 

الموقع: حضوري أو عن بعد 

الراتب: يُحدد بعد اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية 

المتطلبات: 

  1. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال حسابات العقارات وإدارتها في السعودية. (تقديم ما يثبت) 
  2. إلمام تام بالمنصات الخاصة بالتأجير في المملكة. (تقديم ما يثبت) 
  3. معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة العقارية المحلية والأنظمة ذات الصلة. 
  4. مهارات متقدمة في استخدام الكمبيوتر، وخاصة برنامج Excel (احترافية في التعامل مع الجداول والصيغ).تجاوز الاختبار المعد للمتقدم  
  5. إلمام كامل باستخدام One Drive (تابعة لبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس) وخدماته (تخزين، مشاركة، تنظيم الملفات). 
  6. قدرة على التعامل مع البيانات وحساب الإيجارات والمستحقات بفعالية. 
  7. مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل الجماعي عن بُعد. 
  8. اجادة اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة . 

المهام: 

  1. القيام بصياغة العقود وتسجيلها بالمنصة الرسمية 
  2. القيام بمتابعة الايرادات مع المستأجرين حتى يتم تحصيلها وايداعها بالبنك 
  3. صياغة الاشعارات للمستأجرين وتقديمها إليهم وتلقي اتصالاتهم وشكاويهم 
  4. إجراء حسابات العقارات والإيجارات بدقة. 
  5. متابعة المعاملات المالية والتأكد من صحتها واستحقاقها. 
  6. المتابعة والتأكد من صيانة المواقع بعد خروج المستأجرين واصلاح الاعطال. 
  7. استخدام المنصات الإلكترونية الخاصة بالإيجار وتحديث البيانات بشكل مستمر. 
  8. استخدام Excel لتنظيم وتحليل البيانات العقارية وبداية مدة التأجير وأسماء المستأجرين والقيمة التأجيرية وكافة الملاحظات المطلوبة. 
  9. تخزين ومشاركة البيانات عبر0neDrive حسب السياسة المتبعة للمنشأة. 
  10. توفير تقارير دورية عن الأداء المالي للعقارات كل أسبوع.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Managing Director KSA, the role of the Head of Finance entails ensuring support in end-to-end P&L management and reporting. It involves timely and accurate data provision to facilitate informed business decisions concerning the KSA business. The position also requires close collaboration with Group finance functional leads in areas including FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, financial reporting, and procurement.

Job Accountabilities
  • Management of end-to-end P&L.
  • Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting of revenues and expenses.
  • Overseeing business cases related to new prospects in the KSA market.
  • Tracking and maintaining Capex expenses.
  • Receivables management to ensure timely collections against raised invoices.
  • Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end closing and reporting in compliance with IFRS, group policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Consolidation of group financial statements and preparation of local financial statements.
  • Management of statutory audits and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Cashflow management in coordination with Group Treasury.
  • Support in procurement activities with group procurement.
  • Establishment and operation of robust financial controls framework.
  • Oversight of all tax matters for the local entity.
  • Meeting internal audit requirements.

Experience / Skills Required:
  • University degree complemented with finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • 810 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar role for a bank or financial services company is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Sector, particularly in Financial Reporting at group level.
  • Management experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
