About the Role:
The main responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining swimming pools, Jacuzzis, spas, and decorative water features to comply with hotel and local authority standards.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance as per the established schedule and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensuring the proper and safe condition of all plant, plant rooms, equipment, and work areas.
• Adhering to JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.
• Inspecting and maintaining salt chlorination systems, ensuring proper salinity levels, chlorine generation, and pH balance.
• Monitoring and adjusting system parameters to optimize performance and energy efficiency.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:

• A Technical Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related field.
• A minimum of a grade 10 education level with a good moral background.
• Proven experience with salt chlorination systems and pool water chemistry.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in the technical department.

Experience & Skills:

• Preferred previous experience as a hostess or in guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Professional appearance and a confident, welcoming personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation and table management systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
