ملخص الوظيفة:
إدارة وتطوير علاقات استراتيجية مع كبار العملاء والجهات ذات العلاقة (منها شركات المقاولات، التطوير العقاري، شركات التشغيل والصيانة، والشركات متعددة الفروع). يهدف الدور إلى تنمية الإيرادات من هذه الشريحة عبر تقديم حلول مخصصة تلبي احتياجاتهم الحالية والمستقبلية، مع تحقيق التكامل الفعال من خلال نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
بناء وتطوير علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع عملاء المشاريع في قطاع العقارات، الفنادق، والبناء وشركاء الاعمال.
مسح المواقع والمشاريع ميدانياً وتحديد الفرص.
إدارة وتحديث بيانات وفرص العملاء في نظام CRM.
متابعة ميدانية دورية ومنتظمة للعملاء المسندين.
تحويل وتنمية الفرص الواردة من قنوات المبيعات الأخرى.
تقديم العروض الفنية المخصصة وحلول الإنارة.
إعداد وتصميم عروض الأسعار وفقا لمتطلبات واحتياجات العملاء.
متابعة العقود المبرمة والاحتياجات المستقبلية للعملاء.
تزويد المشتريات بتوصيات المخزون للمشاريع الكبرى. تحليل السوق والمنافسين وتقديم الرؤى.
إعداد وتقديم التقارير الدورية لأداء المبيعات وحالة المشاريع.

⁦⁩المؤهلات⁦⁩:
يفضل تخصص في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادله من تخصصات فنية ذات صلة.
خبرة سابقة ومثبتة في قطاع الانارة ومجال مبيعات المشاريع أو مبيعات كبار العملاء.
فهم عميق للمنتجات وحلول وتكنولوجيا الإنارة. يفضل تخصص في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادله من تخصصات فنية ذات صلة.
مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض، التواصل، واستخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
معرفة في استخدام الانظمة (Odoo, ZOHO .. الخ)
مستوى متقدم في اللغة الإنجليزية
