ملخص الدور:
سيكون أخصائي العرض المرئي مسؤولاً عن تنسيق وتنفيذ العروض الجذابة بصريًا التي تجذب وتوجه العملاء في جميع أنحاء المتجر. سيلعب هذا الدور جزءًا مهمًا في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال استخدام تخطيط المنتجات وتقنيات العرض المرئي بشكل فعال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

ترجمة خطة العرض المرئي إلى عروض نافذة إبداعية، وتخطيطات منتجات فعالة، وتصميمات أرضية جذابة.
تنفيذ خطط الأرضية الموسمية وإدارة الإطلاقات وتغييرات الأرضية.
التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين لتنسيق جداول الإنتاج والتركيب.
تعزيز وجود العلامة التجارية بأفكار إبداعية مع مراعاة التكاليف والمساهمة في مبادرات توفير التكاليف.
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية ومبادئ التسويق في جميع الأوقات.
البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات في العرض المرئي وتفضيلات العملاء لرفع تجربة المتجر.
التعاون مع الفرق التسويقية والمبيعات واللوجستيات والمتجر لضمان عرض مرئي فعال.
تنفيذ برامج لافتات المتجر وفقًا للإرشادات التجارية.

About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Swissôtel Al Maqam, part of the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex, situated near the holy Masjid Al Haraam. We are searching for an Administrative Assistant for our Culinary department, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture department.
- Manage office administration duties including correspondence, mail, photocopying, and supply ordering.
- Support and assist with staff events.
- Maintain a confidential filing system for various correspondence and regulations.
- Organize administrative systems and procedures.
- Coordinate all aspects of Culinary activities.
- Serve as a key information resource for the team.
- Adhere to departmental policies and safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Capable of handling complex and confidential information discreetly.
- 1+ year of experience in a hotel environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or Hotel Management Degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
- Experience with Opera or related systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
