Role Summary:As a KSA Sales Manager, you will manage sales personnel in the Dammam region to achieve business goals while delivering the highest quality service to our clients. You will ensure that business practices comply with company, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish sales goals and ensure proper account coverage.
- Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to enhance sales volume.
- Motivate and support the sales team, focusing on goals and targets.
- Manage financial objectives by increasing revenue and optimizing resource utilization.
- Engage with customers to identify needs and provide technical advice.
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Develop sales strategies and oversee their implementation.
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and accurately forecast trends.
- Participate in management reviews of sales performance metrics.
- Track commercial bids and manage relationships with distributors and agents.

Education & Experience:A degree in a related field or equivalent commercial experience with a minimum of five years in oilfield sales is preferred.
