About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Refrigerant Technician to join Jayasom Wellness Resort, an exclusive retreat opening in 2025. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and promoting a culture of wellness and sustainability.

Job Purpose
The HVAC and Refrigerant Technician will provide essential technical repair and maintenance across various areas of the property, including:
  • Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration units
  • General maintenance tasks such as masonry, carpentry, and painting

This role also involves promoting our wellness culture and leading by example to foster a healthy and balanced environment.

General Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication with all organization levels to ensure excellent service.
