عن الدور:
انضم إلى أريس للاستشارات الهندسية كمدير تطوير الأعمال، حيث ستقود أنشطة تطوير الأعمال وتزيد من حصة الشركة في السوق من خلال جذب مشاريع جديدة وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مع العملاء لتحقيق أهداف النمو والإيرادات.

المسؤوليات:
  • البحث عن فرص ومشاريع جديدة في قطاع الاستشارات الهندسية.
  • متابعة العطاءات وطلبات تقديم العروض (RFP/RFQ) وتحليلها.
  • إعداد وتنسيق العروض الفنية والمالية بالتعاون مع الفرق الهندسية.
  • بناء وتطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والجهات الحكومية والخاصة.
  • التفاوض على العقود وشروط الاتفاقيات حتى الإغلاق.
  • إجراء تحليل للسوق والمنافسين واقتراح فرص توسيع جديدة.
  • تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات المهنية والمعارض والمؤتمرات.
  • التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان توافق المشاريع مع قدرات الشركة.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول الفرص والمشاريع وحالة السوق.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكاليوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات ضمن قطاع الاستشارات الهندسية.
  • معرفة جيدة بإجراءات العطاءات والعقود الهندسية.
  • فهم قوي للسوق المحلي واللوائح ذات الصلة.
