المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تقديم الدعم الإداري اليومي لفرق المبيعات والوكلاء
  • إعداد ومعالجة الاقتباسات، الطلبات، العروض، والعقود
  • التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة (التحقق من البيانات، إصدار السياسات، المطالبات، المالية، والعمليات)
  • الحفاظ على بيانات المبيعات الدقيقة، لوحات المعلومات، وتقارير الأداء
  • دعم عملية الانضمام للعملاء وإعداد الوكلاء (الرموز، نظم إدارة المعلومات، نظم نقاط البيع)
  • المساعدة في إعداد مواد المبيعات، العروض التقديمية، والفعاليات

المتطلبات:

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with 2-7 years of experience in KSA. The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, possess proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation, and demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, familiarity with financial regulations and audit processes, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities are key to succeeding in this role.
