Established in 1978, we pride ourselves on our strong operational network and commitment to distributing high-quality consumer goods across the KSA, Middle East, and GCC regions.
Role Overview:In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies that meet our regional targets. Your role will include:
- Managing and mentoring the sales team to maximize performance and growth.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyzing sales trends and preparing performance reports.
- Identifying new opportunities to expand market reach and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
- A deep understanding of the FMCG market in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
