We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Inside Sales Engineer to serve as the primary contact for our customers and help them with their inquiries effectively.
Role Overview:This high-impact, customer-facing role will involve collaboration with our sales, execution, and service functions. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into high-quality proposals while ensuring exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:- Serve as the technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries.
- Provide practical, timely technical support and clear recommendations.
- Prepare competitive, accurate proposals and manage handovers to execution teams.
- Identify and engage decision makers and influencers.
- Capture opportunity data in Salesforce and maintain complete records.
- Share market feedback to help grow the aftermarket business.
Qualifications:- Strong technical aptitude combined with commercial skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
