About the Role:As the Hostess, you will report directly to the Assistant F&B Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm and professional greetings to all guests, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Assisting guests with inquiries regarding the food and beverage menu items in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
- Adhering to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain service quality.
- Complying with safety and sanitation standards when handling food and beverages.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to focus on guest needs and maintain calmness and courtesy at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit to work cohesively within a team.
Preferred Experience:Previous experience with the Opera system or similar software, along with fluency in English, will be a significant advantage.
