Marketing Manager for a Cosmetics Brand (Kara Do)

About the Brand:
Kara Do is a Saudi cosmetics brand in a strong expansion phase, with the opening of stores in malls and an increase in sales outlets, and we are looking for a marketing leader to manage the next phase and drive growth.

Main Tasks:
• Build and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (online + offline)
• Manage the current marketing team (Advertising – Content – Influencers – Customer Service)
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize return on investment
• Lead the launch of new branches and opening campaigns
• Develop the brand identity and unify marketing messages
• Create annual growth and sales plans
• Analyze data and reports and measure performance KPI
• Manage collaborations with influencers that serve sales and not just visibility

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing a cosmetics brand or retail
• Experience in managing teams
• Experience in paid campaigns (Meta – TikTok – Google)
• Experience in opening new branches and launch campaigns
• Strong understanding of mall and store marketing
• Analytical mindset and ability to link marketing with sales
• Previous experience in a brand that has actually expanded is preferred

• Develop QA/QC plans
• Conduct inspections and audits
• Ensure ISO compliance
• Prepare quality reports

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• ISO Certification
