We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Ticketing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while selling tickets and promoting our services. Role Description:

Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a smooth and pleasant client experience.
Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel packages, including changes and cancellations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, travel sales, visa processing, or ticketing is highly preferred.
Experience with GDS systems (*, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
Familiarity with visa application procedures for Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other key destinations.
