About the RoleThe HR Trainee will support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, HR operations, projects, and administrative tasks. This program provides hands-on experience in the HR field and exposure to various HR processes.
Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Maintain HR records and databases, update employee information, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, supporting process improvements and organizational development efforts.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
