Executive Secretary Position at Amiantit Company
Amiantit Company seeks to appoint an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the procurement department. Your role will involve managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and organizing records to support procurement and logistics activities.
  • Preparing for meetings and ensuring that necessary information is available for participants.
  • Preparing reports related to performance and operations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • New graduate or has 12 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
