Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? Tkammul Projects Consulting Company is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to oversee and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective talent acquisition and employee development in compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screenings, and interviews.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and files.
- Monitor attendance and leaves, preparing related reports.
- Implement HR policies and statutory labor regulations.
- Prepare and draft employment contracts and manage terminations.
- Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle payroll-related tasks in coordination with the finance department.
- Manage employee benefits and medical insurance programs.
- Address employee inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit HR reports to management.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor employee matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are preferred.
- 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar environment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle data confidentiality with discretion.
