Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales department and drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, strategy development, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a client base through proactive lead generation.
  • Provide sales support by working closely with management and vendors to maintain client relationships.
  • Oversee all sales efforts from inquiry to closing.
  • Collect and analyze data to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Set clear expectations for sales employees and ensure effective follow-up on inquiries and complaints.
  • Stay updated with current sales knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Train and motivate sales employees to meet goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in sales management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Knowledge of industry products and best practices.
